Key Milestones
2010 – Kerr Street Mission “Dream Centre” Opens
Fifteen years after Kerr Street Mission first opened its doors, our current purpose-built facility became a reality – deepening our roots in the community and strengthening our capacity for sustainable, long-term impact.
2018 - Debt-Free
Thanks to our generous donors, KSM fully paid off its $2 million mortgage, allowing more resources to go directly toward serving the community.
2019 - Reserve Fund Established
An operational reserve fund was created to provide stability and resilience against unforeseen challenges.
2020 - Expanded Food Services
KSM invested in staffing and partnerships to deliver high-quality food services to clients and partner agencies across the region.
2024 - KSM Foundation Launched
The Kerr Street Mission Foundation was established to steward legacy and estate gifts, helping secure KSM’s mission for future generations.
