Weekly Programs

Tuesdays & Fridays | 9:30–11 am

Stay active, learn something new, and connect with others at Young at Heart (55+)! Join us Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:30–11 AM, for engaging activities, workshops, and social events. Our welcoming program promotes health, creativity, and connection—come discover new passions and meaningful friendships!

Tuesdays | 9:30–11 am

Mother Matters equips and supports mothers through every stage of parenting. It’s a welcoming space for women to connect and share openly about parenting and life. Women grow in wisdom, resilience, and confidence, building community together.

Monthly in the Gym

Father Matters equips and supports dads spiritually and practically. Men mentor one another, share about parenting and mental health, and grow as faithful, humble leaders. When fathers thrive, families and communities thrive.

Halton Region Kids & Me

Thursdays | 9:30–11 am

Kids & Me is a free weekly program for parents and children ages 0–6. Families connect through play, stories, and learning while receiving support, guidance, and tools to help children grow, build routines, and prepare for school.

Registration is not required.

Halton Parenting Support

Thursdays | 9:30–11 am

Life with a new baby brings big changes. This weekly Parenting Support Group offers a welcoming space for parents and caregivers to connect, share, and learn about caring for themselves and their baby from birth to crawling. Pregnant participants welcome. Led by a Public Health Nurse and Early Childhood Educator.

Registration is not required.

Thursdays | 5–8 pm

The Mobile Health Team at Support House provides primary care services and social support to people in the Halton region. The team offers low-barrier health care to people who are not currently connected to care. Clients can access comprehensive care from the team through a variety of models that best suit their personal needs.
